Terms of Service - Easydown

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Welcome to Easydown. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them before pasting links or saving media through the service.

1. What Easydown Provides

Easydown is a browser-based tool that checks public media links and shows available download options when the source platform exposes them. Supported results may include video, audio, image, or gallery files, depending on the original public post.

Easydown does not guarantee that every link will work. Private posts, deleted content, login-only content, expired share links, paid content, age-restricted videos, or region-limited media may not be available.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the links you submit and the files you save. You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect copyright, creator rights, platform rules, and local laws.
  • Save content only when you have the right or permission to do so.
  • Avoid using Easydown to copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit content without authorization.

3. Content Ownership

Easydown does not own the media available through third-party platforms. All trademarks, platform names, and media rights belong to their respective owners. Easydown is not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, Douyin, Rednote, Bilibili, Kuaishou, Weibo, or any other supported platform unless explicitly stated.

4. Service Limits

Easydown parses public URLs in real time and does not promise permanent access to any third-party media. Results can change when source platforms update their websites, remove content, restrict access, or change their technical behavior.

We may rate limit, block, or refuse requests that appear abusive, automated, illegal, or harmful to service availability.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts to submit links at high volume.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, privacy settings, or platform restrictions.
  • Interfere with Easydown infrastructure or other users.
  • Misrepresent Easydown as an official product or partner of any source platform.

6. Paid API Credits and Billing

Easydown sells one-time API credit packs and automatically renewing monthly subscriptions through Stripe. The price, currency, renewal interval, and credits are shown before payment. Subscription credits are granted only after each Invoice is paid, are kept separately from permanent credits, and follow the rollover, 12-month grant expiry, cancellation, payment-recovery and lapse rules in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy. A successful parse consumes the credits shown on the pricing page; failed or unsupported requests do not.

You may not resell an account, payment access, API key, or credits without written permission. Chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or material billing abuse may result in account suspension and reversal of unused credits.

7. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days only if your account has made no successful credit-consuming API request after that one-time or subscription payment. A successful api_charge recorded after the payment means it is treated as used and is generally non-refundable. Billing errors are reviewed separately. See our Refund Policy for the full process. That policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

8. Ads and Service Changes

Easydown may display ads or offer paid API features to support operating costs. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
