Refund Policy - Easydown

This policy applies to paid Easydown one-time credit packs and each initial or renewal subscription payment. The public browser downloader remains free unless a page clearly states otherwise.

1. Unused Credit Packs

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if your account has made no successful credit-consuming API request after that purchase. For this auditable test, Easydown reviews successful api_charge entries recorded after the purchase time; it does not attempt to allocate later usage to a particular credit batch. Once any such request succeeds after the purchase, that purchase is treated as used and is generally non-refundable because digital API capacity has been supplied.

For subscriptions, a full refund returned to the original payment method immediately terminates the subscription and clears all remaining subscription credits. One-time and signup credits are unaffected. Partial refunds, abnormal payments and disputes are reviewed manually.

2. Billing Errors

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or did not receive credits after a confirmed payment. We will review the Stripe payment record and the Easydown credit ledger. Failed or unsupported API requests that correctly retain or restore credits do not automatically qualify for a cash refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Easydown account. Include the payment date, amount, account email, and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords, API keys, or complete card details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary, and any credits associated with a refunded purchase will be removed.

4. Chargebacks and Legal Rights

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account suspension. Nothing in this policy limits refund or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
