Failed, unsupported, private, deleted, live, profile, search, or restricted URLs do not charge credits.
Credits are shared across every supported platform.
API tokens are managed from your dashboard after login.
A full refund may be requested within 7 days only if the account has made no successful credit-consuming API request after that purchase.
Supported platforms
Easydown supports public single-post media links. Profiles, live streams, search pages, private content, and collections are not included.
What counts as a successful parse?
One request that returns one or many downloadable media URLs costs exactly 1 credit; the number of images, videos, audio files, or qualities does not multiply the charge.

How are credits charged?
One successful parse costs 1 credit.
Do failed requests cost credits?
No. Failed parses, authentication errors, unsupported URLs, and upstream failures do not consume credits.
Do I need a subscription?
You can choose a monthly subscription with rollover benefits or a one-time credit pack.
Which platforms are supported?
TikTok, Douyin, Toutiao, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou, and Weibo are supported for public single-post media.
Can I download private content?
No. Private, deleted, region-restricted, live, profile, and search pages are not supported.
How do I get an API token?
Sign in, open the dashboard, and create an API token from API Keys.
When do purchased credits arrive?
Credits are granted automatically after Stripe confirms a successful Checkout payment.
Can I use this for commercial projects?
Yes. The commercial API is designed for backend integrations, scripts, and automation workflows.
Can I request a refund?
You may request a full refund within 7 days only if your account has made no successful credit-consuming API request after the purchase. Billing errors and rights required by law are handled separately. See the Refund Policy for details.
