Billing rules
Downloadable results and confirmed processing costs caused by clear content restrictions use credits at the platform rate.
Unsupported URLs, authentication errors, temporary failures, and empty results without a confirmed processing cost do not use credits.
Credits are shared across every supported platform.
API tokens are managed from your dashboard after login.
Most platforms cost 1 credit per downloadable result or confirmed processing cost caused by a clear content restriction. YouTube costs 3 credits, Threads and Kuaishou cost 2, and Xiaohongshu / RedNote costs 10. Unsupported URLs, authentication errors, temporary failures, and unconfirmed empty results are free.
A full refund may be requested within 7 days only if no API request has deducted credits from the account after that purchase.
Supported platforms
Easydown supports public single-post media links. Profiles, live streams, search pages, private content, and collections are not included.
What counts as a successful parse?
A successful request costs the platform rate once, even when it returns multiple downloadable media URLs. The number of images, videos, audio files, or qualities does not multiply the charge.

How are credits charged?
Most platforms cost 1 credit per successful parse. YouTube costs 3 credits, Threads and Kuaishou cost 2 credits, and Xiaohongshu / RedNote costs 10 credits.
Do failed requests cost credits?
Sometimes. If processing cost is confirmed but content is private, deleted, under review, expired, or access-restricted, the platform rate applies even when no media is delivered. Unsupported URLs, authentication errors, temporary failures, and unconfirmed empty results do not use credits.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Choose monthly or annual billing for subscription credits, or buy a one-time credit pack.
Do subscription credits roll over, and what happens if I cancel?
Paid monthly grants can accumulate while the subscription remains continuous, but each grant expires after 12 months. Annual credits are issued in full and do not roll into the next subscription year. Cancellation stops renewal; remaining subscription credits stay usable until the paid period ends and are then cleared. One-time and signup credits are unaffected.
Which platforms are supported?
TikTok, Douyin, Toutiao, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou, and Weibo are supported for public single-post media.
Can I download private content?
No. Private, deleted, region-restricted, live, profile, and search pages are not supported.
How do I get an API token?
Sign in, open the dashboard, and create an API token from API Keys.
When do purchased credits arrive?
Credits are granted automatically after Stripe confirms a successful Checkout payment.
Can I use this for commercial projects?
Yes. The commercial API is designed for backend integrations, scripts, and automation workflows.
Can I request a refund?
You may request a full refund within 7 days only if no API request has deducted credits from your account after the purchase. Billing errors and rights required by law are handled separately. See the Refund Policy for details.
