How are credits charged?

One successful parse costs 1 credit.

Do failed requests cost credits?

No. Failed parses, authentication errors, unsupported URLs, and upstream failures do not consume credits.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Easydown uses one-time credit packs rather than recurring subscriptions.

Which platforms are supported?

TikTok, Douyin, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou, and Weibo are supported for public single-post media.

Can I download private content?

No. Private, deleted, region-restricted, live, profile, and search pages are not supported.

How do I get an API token?

Sign in, open the dashboard, and create an API token from API Keys.

When do purchased credits arrive?

Credits are granted automatically after Stripe confirms a successful Checkout payment.

Can I use this for commercial projects?

Yes. The commercial API is designed for backend integrations, scripts, and automation workflows.
